The Last Sad Rites Paid to a Respected Resident of Ogle Co.

The funeral of Austin Noe, a highly respected citizen of Ogle county, was held on Monday afternoon, and was attended by a large concourse of sorrowing relatives and friends, who gathered to pay their last tribute of respect to one whom they had loved in life and honored in death.

The deceased had been a resident of Ogle county since 1848, had lived in this city thirteen years, and was one of the best known and most thoroughly respected settlers of the county. He was 69 years of age.

The funeral was held from the residence and was conducted by Rev. A.T. Horn, of Sycamore, a former pastor of the the M.E. Church, of which decease was a member; assisted by Rev. Wheaton, the present pastor,; and Rev. Fleming pastor of the Presbyterian church.
