Funeral Services Held For Mrs. Wm. O. Reints

Mrs. William O. Reints, nee Alla Huisenga, daughter of Dick and Gertie Huisenga, was born near Davis Junction, Ill., on June 13, 1867, and passed away at her home in Forreston, after a lingering illness on June 25, 1945, having reached the age of 78 years and 12 days.

On December 23, 1885, she was united in marriage to Wm .O. Reints at Carroll, Iowa. Mr. Reints passed away Jan. 8, 1928. To this union seven children were born, on of whom, a son, died in infancy.

Mrs. Reints had resided in this community her entire life except for a few years residence in Iowa.

Those of the immediate family surviving are the six children: Mrs. Gertie Moring of Freeport, Mrs. Emma Eilders of Harvey, Mrs. Winnie Rosenbaum and Willie of Forreston, Dick of Egan and Mrs. Alice Stukenberg of near Adeline. There are 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She also leaves two sisters and a brother, Mrs. Lizzie Krull, Rushmore, Minn., Mrs. Jennie Krenzien and Claus Huisenga of Lake View, Iowa.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday afternoon from the home and the First Evangelical Church, Rev. F. K. Mertz officiating. Burial was in White Oak.
