MRS. LEWIS MORING -- Forreston, April 15 -- Mrs. Lewis Moring, 73, died at her farm home seven miles north of Forreston at noon Friday. She had been in poor health since suffering a stroke last fall. Mr. and Mrs. Moring celebrated their golden wedding anniversary March 8. They have resided on their farm since their wedding day. Having suffered a broken leg several days ago in a fall, Mr. Moring is seriously ill. Beside the husband, other survivors are a son, Alvin Moring; seven daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Hinders, Mrs. Laura Nesemeier, Mrs. Ruth Bastian, Mrs. Clara Snavely, Mrs. Ida Vietmeier, Mrs. Mabel Vietmeier and Mrs. S. J. Rusenberg and twenty-three grandchildren. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
