Leaf River, Ill., March 13--Funeral services for Mrs. Nettie Hazzard, Leaf River, wife of Dorr Hazzard, will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Methodist Curch in Myrtle. The Rev. H.G. Hurley will officiate and burial will be in Egan Cemetery.

Mrs. Hazzard died at 4 o'clock Monday afternoon following an illness of a week. She was born in Leaf River on March 24, 1868.

Besides her husband she is survived by six sons, George, Seward; Orville, Mount Morris; Ralph, Leaf River; Frank, Winnebago; Merritt, Rockford, and Earl, at home; four daughters, Mrs. Myrtle Wilson, Egan; Mrs. Ada Whitney, Seward; Mrs. Ethel Merrill, Santa Monica, Cal., and Miss LaVerne Hazzard, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Ernest Pyper and Mrs. Charles Stine, both of Leaf River, and a brother, Henry Palmer, also of Leaf River.
