Peter N. ADAMS, died of consumption at his home in Polo, Buffalo Township, in Illinois, Thursday, October 19th, says the Ogle County Press, aged 56 years. For years he has been in poor health, and for several months past he has been confined most of the time to his bed. The funeral was held at the Dunkard Church, Sunday at 10 a.m., Rev. McGinnis, of the Christian Church, officiated. Peter N. ADAMS was born in Washington County, Md., June 15, 1837. At the age of five years his parents removed to the county where he has since resided. In 1860 he married Miss Mary C. YEAKLE, who died four years later. In 1866, he married Miss Ann E. BRUBAKER, who, with five children mourn his loss and inherit his honorable name.
