Stinsonian Cemetery

Pine Rock Township

This cemetery is located on Brick Road on the west edge of Paynes Point. It is on the original claim of Thomas Stinson, an early settler of Ogle County. It is enclosed by a metal fence and is very neat and orderly. Many of the stones are hard to read. This small cemetery was established in 1840 and is still in use.
